My parts do not fit, but I know they should+
Check the edge trim and blade kerf first. Kesim squares off every edge of the sheet before it cuts, and it takes a full kerf out between neighboring parts. On a 4x8 sheet with a 1/4" trim and a 1/8" blade you have less material than the nominal size suggests. That is deliberate: a plan that ignores the blade is the classic way to finish a job one part short.
Why will it not rotate a part to make it fit?+
Because you locked the grain on it. A grain-locked part is never quietly turned to make the numbers look better. Unlock the grain on that part if the direction genuinely does not matter for your build.
Can I actually cut the layouts it produces?+
Yes. Every cut runs edge to edge, because that is what a table saw, track saw and panel saw physically do. Kesim will never hand you a denser layout that needs a cut to stop halfway across the sheet.
I bought Pro and it is not unlocked+
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still will not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will help you chase it.
How do I get a refund?+
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you purchased from. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out.
Will my projects sync between my phone and my iPad?+
Not today. Projects are stored on the device that made them. If this matters to your shop, say so in an email. Requests with a reason behind them are how the list gets ordered.
Do you have an Android or desktop version?+
Not right now. Kesim is built for iPhone and iPad on iOS 18 and later.
Something is hard to use with VoiceOver+
